Chris's team- well there are no other words to describe them, they were fantastic. Everyone was a real pleasure to have around and we were really sorry to see everyone leave. Our whole experience was easy, quick, fun and exciting. Everything that was done was completed with skill, care and attention. The whole project came in within our pre-arranged budget, with the exception of the extras that we added along the way. Chris and his team have a real can do attitude, we never once heard 'oh, you cant do that'. If something was difficult then a solution was offered.

We are writing this reference because we are so appreciative to Chris and his team for making this such an enjoyable exercise. You hear horror stories from so many people, however after this i just wonder how on earth that happens.

I can only go from our personal experience, dont mess around with anyone, go with Chris, he is worth waiting for! If you want the job doing well, he is the man! Chris's team put in that little extra effort and have great pride in their work.

We could not be happier with our new home, we just love showing it off to everyone who walks through the door, it something to be proud of.

Chris has recently completed, on schedule and on budget a six month project to completely renovate our house in Compton. The work included: single storey kitchen extension, second floor extension to the front and significant internal alterations which impacted virtually every room in the house. In addition the house was completely re-wired, re-plumbed and plastered. Throughout the works we continued to live in the house, a fact that Chris was very aware of and sensitive to in making our life as tolerable as possible.

Chris is very knowledgable and experienced and his work force were all skilled in their respective trades. The site was maintained in a tidy condition and we received many positive comments from neighbours on the workers considerate and helpful nature and overall conduct.

Chris worked very closely with us as clients, is very approachable, and was always ready to offer practical solutions to unforeseen changes which inevitably occurred as work progressed. We found Chris to be entirely honest and trustworthy, very fair in dealing with financial matters and very responsive to our requests. In addition Chris has an excellent relationship with his workforce, sub-contractors and the local authorities.

The work on our property included the complete stripping of the property, rewiring, plastering, plumbing, decoration, a loft conversion, building a single story extension with a vaulted ceiling; he laid a patio and then the lawn. Chris was recommended to us by a local estate agent and we were able to view examples of his work prior to him starting with us.

Chris found us an artitect, took us through the planning process and completed the process once the work was complete.

During the time of the renovation work we suffered appalling weather conditions; however the builders always turned up and on time.

Chris is approachable and always listened to us, but if he felt what we requested was unworkable he would be straighforward about this and suggest alternative solutions.

Thank you to you and your team for all of your hard work. This was a very challenging project with the somewhat unorthodox structural form i had detailed to have part of the structure effectively floating in space. It was refreshing to deal with craftsmen who were conscientious and took pride in what they did. Your approach to taking on board additional work and changes was also appreciated.
